Let's work together

My Background and Values

I am passionate about supporting children (11+) and young adults as they navigate challenges related to anxiety, stress, identity, relationships, and life transitions.

My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and collaboration. I believe that each individual is the expert of their own life, and my role is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. I strive to build strong therapeutic relationships based on trust, authenticity, and cultural sensitivity.

I value a client-centered and strengths-based approach, recognizing the resilience and unique strengths each person brings.

As I continue to grow in this field, I am committed to ongoing learning, self-reflection, and ethical practice. I aim to provide compassionate care that empowers clients to build insight, develop coping skills, and move toward their personal goals.

My Approach to Therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and a Person-Centered approach.

I support clients in understanding the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while also building practical coping skills such as emotional regulation, mindfulness, and effective communication. I also help clients explore and process their emotions in a safe and supportive space.

At the core of my work is empathy, authenticity, and respect. I strive to create a collaborative and non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to grow.

Who I Work With & What I Help With

I work with children (11+), teens, and young adults who may be navigating challenges such as anxiety, stress, low mood, and life transitions. I also support clients who are experiencing difficulties with self-esteem, relationships, and peer or family concerns.

I aim to help clients better understand their thoughts and emotions, build healthy coping strategies, and develop skills to manage everyday challenges with greater confidence. My goal is to provide a supportive space where clients feel empowered to grow, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
