I provide online counselling and psychotherapy to youth (14+) and adults who are striving to improve their mental wellbeing. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, professional/student burnout, emotional dysregulation and skin picking.

Walk and Talk Therapy
Looking for something a little less traditional than in-office therapy or online? Try Walk and Talk Therapy and reap the benefits of being outside in nature, exercise and therapy all combined! You can also choose to do a hybrid or in-person, virtual and walk and talk! The choice is yours!
Services are provided across the city of Ottawa.
