Once you’re ready to move forward, you’ll set up a confidential account through our online booking system (Jane App) to manage appointments and forms.

Schedule Your First Session

Book your first appointment online through Jane, or coordinate directly with your therapist by phone or email — whatever feels easiest.

Complete Your Intake & Consent Forms

You’ll receive a few forms to fill out through your Jane account before your first session. This helps your therapist better understand your needs ahead of time. You’re always welcome to reach out with questions or concerns.

Attend Your First Session

Show up as you are. Your therapist will meet you with compassion, curiosity, and support as you begin your therapy journey together.
