With a strong foundation in social work and years of clinical experience, Allison takes a holistic view of mental health; exploring the biological, psychological, and social factors that shape each person’s experience. Manpreet is a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology Student Intern who supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, ADHD, school-related stress, bullying, and life transitions — using a compassionate, strengths-based, and human-centred approach.
She holds a BA in Child and Youth Care Studies and brings extensive experience supporting youth and young adults in residential treatment programs and school settings. Most recently, Manpreet has provided solution-focused counselling in a school-based setting to youth aged 12–17, supporting emotional regulation, coping skills, resilience, and confidence during key developmental stages.
