I’m Sarah Muboyayi, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I am dedicated to supporting individuals and couples who are navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, mood disorders, or patterns that no longer serve them. I offer a grounded, evidence-based path toward feeling more balanced and connected, and improving your psychological, emotional, and physical well-being.

My work is collaborative and focused on building insight, resilience, and meaningful change. I help clients understand the patterns that shape their experiences and develop practical skills to move toward healthier relationships with themselves and others.
I draw from evidence-based approaches including:
Psychodynamic Therapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT)
Drawing from these modalities allows me to tailor treatment to each client’s needs, whether the goal is managing anxiety or mood, strengthening communication, exploring attachment patterns, or making sustainable changes in behaviour and daily life.
I offer virtual psychotherapy to adults and couples across Ontario. I also provide early morning availability (starting at 6am) making it easier for those with busy schedules to access care.
